Simple Trucker – Terms of Use

By accessing or using our site, you herby agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. Please read them carefully.

Account Terms

1. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. Simple Trucker will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your account and password.
3. We may discontinue trial accounts at any time.
4. You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up all data and other information that you store on or provide through the Service. Simple Trucker shall have no responsibility for lost, stolen, inaccurate or misleading data or other information stored on or provided through the Service.

Payment, Refunds & Access

1. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
2. A valid credit card is required for accounts not in trial-mode.
3. The service charges you 1 credit for each load created. Credits are currently priced as $2.00 USD for 1 credit. We reserve the right to change this pricing at any time, giving you at least a 30 days notice.
4. If your account is not in trial mode, you will need to have credits in your account to continue the service. There will be no refunds for un-used credits. No exceptions will be made.

Website/Service Changes

1. We are constantly changing and improving our Service. We may make improvements or changes in the information,services, and other materials on our websites, or terminate our websites at any time. Your continued access to our service will be deemed as acceptance of the agreement.

Cancellation and Termination

1. You can cancel your account at any time and for any reason by sending us an e-mail. We will confirm it is indeed your account. Your account and all of its Content will be deleted 30 days after cancellation of the Service.
2. Simple Trucker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice or refund. We also reserve the right to delete all Content associated with your account. Simple Trucker may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service, including any content, information or functionality contained within it, is provided “as is”You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service.
2. You understand that Simple Trucker uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
3. You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of Simple Trucker
4. You understand that the Service can be used for transmission of your Content, and that during processing, your Content, including invoices, payment reminders, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the internet.
5. These Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, may be amended or modified only by Simple Trucker by posting the revised terms
6. If any provision of the Terms of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.
7. In the event any provision of these Terms of Service is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions of these Terms of Service will in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, any such provision shall be restricted in applicability or reformed to the minimum extent required for such provision to be enforceable.
